Director of Studies
Support academic excellence by developing teachers, optimizing schedules, and driving key learning outcomes.
What You Will Do:
• Oversee curriculum delivery and maintain consistent teaching standards across all programs
• Monitor student progress and academic outcomes, ensuring a strong end-to-end student experience
• Lead clear cross-team communication (academics, sales, service) to maintain alignment and operational excellence
• Coordinate timetables, activities, and events to meet KPI targets (utility, capacity, group size)
• Train, observe, coach, and develop teachers to uphold standards and ensure continuous improvement
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree + 120-hour TEFL certification/ TESOL certification
• Strong communication, coordination & people-development skills
• Experience teaching young learners and managing academic processes
• Motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality
