Qualifications
Master's degree (S2) in Education, Educational Management, or a related field (PhD is an advantage).
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the education sector, including leadership or management roles.
Previous experience as a Principal, Academic Director, or equivalent leadership position is preferred.
Strong knowledge of National, Cambridge, IB, or other international curricula.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Experience in curriculum development and academic quality improvement.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in English (spoken and written).
