Job description for Director of Development at PT Berkat Indah Garment

We're currently looking for Director of Development to drice all technology things in our company. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader with a robust understanding of blockchain technologies, decentralized finance (DeFi), Web3 ecosystems, and scalable application development. You will oversee full-cycle development efforts from ideation to deployment, ensuring seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies into both consumer-facing products and backend infrastructure.

REQUIREMENT

Technical Skills:

Blockchain Development – Smart contracts (Solidity, Rust), tokenomics, gas optimization.
DeFi & Web3 Infrastructure – DEXs, staking, wallet integration, Layer 2 scaling.
Security & Compliance – Smart contract audits, regulatory understanding, secure authentication.
Full-Stack & DevOps – Backend (Node.js, Python), frontend (React, Web3.js), cloud deployment.

Leadership & Strategy:

Technical Vision – Align blockchain tech with business growth.
Team Leadership – Hire, manage, and collaborate across teams.
Scalability & Adoption – Design token utilities and ensure infrastructure supports growth.

Blockchain Development:

Deep knowledge of Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana, or other relevant blockchains
Experience with smart contract development (Solidity, Rust, Move, etc.)
Understanding of tokenomics and gas optimization

DeFi & Web3 Infrastructure:

Familiarity with DEXs, liquidity pools, staking, and bridging
Knowledge of wallet integrations (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.)
Experience with Layer 2 scaling solutions (Arbitrum, Optimism, zkSync, etc.)

Security & Compliance:

Expertise in smart contract security & auditing (avoiding exploits like reentrancy, flash loans)
Understanding of regulatory requirements for crypto in different jurisdictions
Ability to implement secure authentication & encryption

Full-Stack Development & DevOps:

Proficiency in backend (Node.js, Python, Go) & frontend (React, Next.js, Web3.js, Ethers.js)
Experience deploying on AWS, GCP, or decentralized cloud solutions
CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
