In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our sales network and supporting our clients' success. As the Director Assistant (Sales), you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and fostering strong relationships with potential and existing customers. You will also collaborate closely with our engineering and operations teams to ensure that our machinery meets the needs of our diverse client base. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage a team will be crucial in driving our sales initiatives and achieving our business goals.
We are seeking candidates who possess a Master's degree and have between five to ten years of experience in sales, preferably within the B2B sector. You should have a proven track record in business development, sales management, and performance management. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as proficiency in sales planning and operations. Key account management experience will be particularly valuable in this role. Additionally, you should demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to manage and motivate teams.
