Job description for Digital Specialist at PT CAB Tekno Kreasi
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement editorial plans for social media aligned with brand objectives, oversee content production, and collaborate with creative teams to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Manage end to end digital campaigns, from planing through execution, ensure the smooth execution and reporting of campaigns progress
- Identify, recruit, and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) or influencers to enhance brand presence and achieve marketing objectives.
- Develop and manage comprehensive social media strategies based on competitive research, platform selection, messaging, and audience identification.
- Coordinate with copywriters and designers to create informative and engaging social media content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies.
- Capture and analyze social media metrics and insights to measure campaign success, and use this data to refine and improve future campaigns.
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Digital Specialist or in a similar role, with a background in working with advertising agencies considered an advantage.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Strong creative thinking and content creation skills, with a proven ability to generate engaging digital content.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with a focus on clear and effective content creation.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, KOL Specialist
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with substantial experience in digital marketing.
