Job Description:
- Handle incoming inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and other digital channels, with a focus on sales closing.
- Conduct telemarketing, outbound calls, and systematic follow-ups to prospects.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally to support conversion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect data in Google Sheets/CRM.
- Maintain fast response times, including during designated evening, weekend, and public holiday standby periods.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Willing to work on regular workdays and until 01:00 PM on Saturdays.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telemarketing, Sales, Chat Commerce, Customer Service, or related roles.
- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills via chat and phone.
- Confident in making outbound calls and handling customer objections.
- Highly responsive with a strong sense of urgency and able to maintain a response time of less than 5 minutes during designated hours.
- Detail-oriented and disciplined in data entry and lead tracking.
- Proficient in WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic CRM.
- Responsive, proactive, persistent, and willing to work during designated evening, weekend, and public holiday standby hours.
