Job description for Digital Sales Trainee at FLIN
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support & Lead Generation
- Assist in researching and identifying potential enterprise clients through online tools, databases, and industry events.
- Help qualify inbound leads and support outreach efforts through email campaigns and LinkedIn.
2. Proposal Development & Deal Support
- Contribute to the development of customized proposals and presentations that align with client goals and challenges.
- Support documentation and coordination during negotiations and contracting phases.
3. Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Join client meetings to observe discovery sessions and understand client needs.
- Assist in preparing meeting briefs, follow-up notes, and client communication.
4. Event Coordination
- Help coordinate webinars, seminars, and roundtable events in collaboration with marketing and client teams.
- Support logistics, content preparation, and post-event analysis to measure impact and engagement.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with internal teams to gather case studies, product updates, and market insights for sales materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for sales campaigns and go-to-market initiatives.
6. CRM & Reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Support preparation of weekly pipeline reports and performance dashboards.
Requirements:
- A final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
- Strong communicator in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with an interest in sales.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and willing to learn CRM tools.
