We are looking for a Digital Sales Support, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, advices and suggestions via omnichannel
- Sort leads, list leads and assign leads to Sales Team
- Categorize Inquiry
- Collaborate with the Sales team for leads generation
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of customer success/service experience preferred
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently
- Strong problem resolution skills and proven ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Comfortable using and learning software: MS Office (Excel), Chat BOT system, CRM, ticketing/tracking systems, etc.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong empathy for customers and their success
- Willing to work in shifting and/or weekends and public holiday
