Key Responsibilities
A. Revenue Generation & Consultative Sales
- Own and consistently achieve monthly sales quota:
- Minimum IDR 50M monthly revenue
- Minimum 15 closed clients per month
- Minimum 30% Application-to-M&N conversion rate
2. Handle high-intent inbound leads generated from digital marketing, partnerships, and organic channels.
3. Conduct consultative sales conversations:
- Diagnose customer financial problems
- Understand debt profiles and repayment capacity
- Recommend suitable mediation & negotiation solutions
- Build urgency and confidence toward action
4. Drive full sales funnel management:
- Lead qualification
- Follow-up sequencing
- Objection handling
- Closing and payment conversion
5. Maintain disciplined pipeline management through CRM/LoS systems:
- Daily pipeline hygiene
- Accurate forecasting
- Activity tracking
- Follow-up compliance
6. Achieve operational sales excellence:
- Fast response time
- High contactability rate
- Low lead leakage
- Strong conversion consistency
- Consistently improve conversion metrics through experimentation, scripting, and sales insights.
B. Client Experience & Retention
- Deliver a premium customer experience throughout the sales and onboarding journey.
- Meet service standards:
- Email response within 2 working hours
- Zero daily backlog across WhatsApp, Instagram, and CRM inquiries
- Handle escalations with empathy, ownership, and solution-oriented communication.
3. Build trust with customers facing financial stress through high emotional intelligence and professional communication.
Generate at least:
- 2 customer success stories/testimonials per quarter
- Support long-term customer retention and referral generation through positive client outcomes.
C. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement (10%)
- Collaborate closely with:
- Marketing
- Risk
- Credit Operations
- Product
- Collections
2. Provide market intelligence and customer insights.
3. Contribute to process optimization initiatives:
- CRM improvements
- AI agent optimization
- Funnel automation
4. Conversion flow enhancements
Join at least:
1 cross-functional project per month, examples:
- Campaign optimization
- Educational content
- Pre-approval flow
- Customer journey redesign
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- 2–4 years of telesales or inside sales experience in fintech, banking, or debt mediation companies
- Proven experience selling loan products, restructuring programs, KTA, debt solutions, or financial products
- Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quota
5. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate in English professionally
