Requirements:
#1 Strong Research and Trends Spotting Skills 🧐
Research is one of the most important skills for you to be able to produce great data-driven stories that the media loves. Understanding what’s trending right now, looking at what other more successful companies out there has been doing and ATM (Amati Tiru Modifikasi) will be something that you do a lot!
#2 Love to play around with data and visuals! 🎨
The type of content you produce will involve a lot of data (qualitative and quantitative). So a basic excel/ spreadsheet is crucial for this role!
And when you have the data, you will have lots of experiments to see which visual style/ charts that you can use to tell your message!
#3 Good Writing in Indonesia ✍️
Data without context and story = boring. So in here, we’ll need your help to be able to extract the most interesting insights from the data and tell that in the form of writing.
#4 Great at building relation and negotiation 🖼️
As a Digital PR person, you will do a lot of media outreach to distribute and pitch about the content you already produced.
So it’s extremely important for you to be comfortable building relations with different people from different backgrounds.
#5 Measure everything, like everything 📐
We don’t want to just release content and be happy about it. You will help us to understand how the content performs from different metrics.
Is it better or worst compared to the other post? If better, how can we replicate it? if worst, how we can improve it?.
#6 Continues Improvement Mentality & GRIT 💪
Growing an organic audience in social media is not an easy task or to be frank, extremely hard. Some strategies might work, others might not, and it’s perfectly ok. What it’s important is you don’t give up and keep pushing yourself to try again.
You will need to always come with new ideas and approaches on how we can do things better than last time.
#7 Passionate about Education 🎒
We want to build a culture of people obsessively passionate about our mission and the impact we can have on the lives of millions of people.
#8 Ability to get Sh*t done ✔️
As in most early-stage startups, we are firing on all cylinders and need to execute fast. This means that you need to be comfortable in getting your hands extremely dirty and get sh*t done, at a very high level of intensity and quality. Owning the entire process from start to finish.
