We are looking for a Media Buying Specialist who can take ownership of paid advertising campaigns and continuously improve performance across multiple accounts. You will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns across various digital advertising platforms to drive measurable business growth for our clients.
You will collaborate closely with marketing teams, designers, content creators, and project managers to develop effective advertising strategies and deliver outstanding campaign results.

Responsibilities
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns
- Manage Google Ads campaigns
- Optimize campaigns daily
- Analyze campaign performance
- Develop scaling strategies
- Monitor KPIs and reporting
- Improve conversion rates
- Test creatives and audiences
- Work closely with the marketing team
- Generate measurable business growth
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads
- Lead generation experience
