Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive online sales. The ideal candidate is data-driven, innovative, and experienced in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to meet marketing goals.
Content Creation & Management:
Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platforms, website, and other digital channels.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other platforms.
Optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROI, and conversion rates.
SEO & SEM:
Conduct keyword research to enhance organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) for performance and budget alignment.
Social Media Management:
Develop and manage a content calendar for social media channels.
Increase engagement and followers through organic and paid campaigns.
Collaboration & Innovation:
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in e-commerce or a specific industry relevant to the company’s focus.
