About Divino Resort Group
Divino Resort Group is a hospitality group overseeing a portfolio of exclusive boutique properties, including Divino Gili Air, Divino Caldera, Divino Suites, Kanzen Gili Air, and Kanzen Santorini. We are seeking a data-driven digital marketing professional to manage and optimize marketing strategy across our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple resort properties
- Conduct regular performance analysis (weekly/monthly) and prepare reports for management and shareholders
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy of conversion tracking (GA4) across all digital channels
- Manage OTA listings and performance (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Tiket.com, Airbnb, Ctrip), including content optimization and rate parity
- Coordinate with the revenue management team to align marketing strategy with occupancy and revenue targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support each property's positioning
- Manage digital content and SEO/SEM optimization
- Collaborate cross-functionally (operations, revenue, reservations) to ensure marketing strategy supports overall business goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within hospitality or travel
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4)
- Familiar with OTA platforms and hotel PMS systems (Cloudbeds experience is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills, with experience building performance reports (PowerPoint/Excel)
- Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Able to work independently as well as across multiple properties/teams
