Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
- Create and manage content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Optimize content to drive engagement, traffic, and leads
- Run and monitor digital campaigns (organic & paid)
- Analyze performance metrics and improve results based on data
- Collaborate with team for marketing campaigns and promotions
Requirements:
- Experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing
- Strong understanding of content strategy & digital funnel
- Familiar with analytics, insights, and performance tracking
- Creative yet analytical mindset
- Up-to-date with trends and digital marketing strategies
- Experience with Meta Ads / TikTok Ads
- Basic knowledge of SEO or landing page optimization
- Familiar with tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.)
- Someone who can drive results, not just post content
- Strong initiative and problem-solving mindset
- Goal-oriented and performance-focused
