Job description for Digital Marketing at Algotech Pte Ltd

Responsibilites:
Establish and monitor both paid and organic digital marketing strategies.
Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media.
Develop policies and procedures related to the digital marketing plan, monitor, and execute digital marketing activities.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Analyse and improve conversion, and traffic across digital marketing.
Create a digital campaign(s) and managing digital marketing budget to meet the objectives (Ads & SEO).

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year experience in a Digital Marketing role, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experienced in managing both paid and organic digital marketing: SEO/SEM, marketing database, e-mail marketing, social media, paid advertising campaigns.
Experienced in improving conversion rate, customer growth, social media engagement, and ROI through digital marketing.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Experience in video production (conceptualization, filming and post production) is a plus
Strong analytical skills in Google Ads, Social Media Ads, and social tools.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing
Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Indonesia
