Responsibilities
Paid Advertising Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad creative development to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and performance metrics to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achieve KPIs.
CRM Strategy and Implementation
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Utilize CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to segment audiences, personalize messaging, and automate communication workflows.
- Create targeted email marketing campaigns, drip campaigns, and customer journey workflows to nurture leads and enhance customer loyalty.
Data Analysis and Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance data, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, to identify trends and insights.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaign targeting, messaging, and creative elements for improved results.
- Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to continuously refine marketing strategies and tactics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, content marketing, and sales, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and solicit feedback on marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Content Integration and Optimization
- Work closely with the content marketing team to ensure alignment between paid advertising efforts and content strategy.
- Integrate paid ads with relevant content assets such as landing pages, blog posts, and downloadable resources to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
Performance Reporting and Insights
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience, emphasizing paid advertising and CRM.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
