Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Conduct social media audits and develop comprehensive content plans (editorial calendars) to ensure best practices; collaborating closely with the Graphic Designer for visual execution.
- Campaign Coordination: Lead and coordinate with the marketing team to create integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Email Marketing: Design, execute, and automate email marketing campaigns to nurture existing leads and engage potential customers.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report key online marketing metrics (KPIs) to track success and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that the brand voice and message are consistent across all digital touchpoints.
- Paid Advertising: Manage, optimize, and monitor performance for Google Ads (Search & Display) and Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook) to ensure healthy ROI/ROAS.
- Content Management: Manage and update company website content to ensure it is SEO-friendly and aligned with current marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 year of proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
- Platform Expertise: Full understanding of popular social media platforms, their algorithms, and current trends.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Meta Business Suite, and performance reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio or Google Analytics).
- SEO Literacy: Solid understanding of SEO principles to ensure all marketing activities support the company’s core services.
- Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously without compromising quality.
- CMS Knowledge: Good working knowledge of Content Management Systems (especially WordPress).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and a high level of attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey brand stories.
