Job description for Digital Marketing at GT-Power
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Create and manage engaging content (copywriting and visuals) for LinkedIn, Instagram, website, and other digital platforms.
- Produce marketing content through photography and videography.
- Design digital assets such as social media posts, banners, email campaigns, brochures, and company profile materials.
- Design and maintain company website using WordPress.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Optimize website performance through SEO and SEM best practices.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
- Manage and optimize the company’s WhatsApp Marketing and Email Marketing activities.
- Coordinate marketing activities aligned with company goals and product positioning.
- Handle end-to-end digital marketing activities from planning to execution and evaluation.
- Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, content, and design to drive innovation and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Visual Design, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation (including design and copywriting).
- Proficient in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Proficient in WordPress.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media management.
- Experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and strong visual storytelling ability.
- Able to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
