We are looking for a creative and visionary female candidate to join our team and expand our brand's reach in the digital fashion space!
What You'll Do:
🛍️ Ecommerce Growth & Management
Drive online revenue and optimize the customer shopping experience across our ecommerce platforms.
Manage product listings, website merchandising, and online store performance.
Implement SEO and SEM strategies to drive traffic to our online store.
💰 Paid Media & Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta Adds, TikTok, and other platforms
Manage Google Ads to maximize customer acquisition and ROI
Analyze creative performance and make data-driven recommendations
📊 Data Analysis & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform insights.
Analyze customer behavior, conversion rates, and sales trends.
Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention.
🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with design, product, and operations teams to ensure campaign alignment
Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital channels
Identify influencer and content creator partnership opportunities
What We're Looking For:
✔️ Education: Minimum S1 degree (any major)
✔️ Experience: 2–3 years in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce Marketing.
✔️ Technical Skills:
- Social Media Management (Instagram, TikTok)
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, MetaAdd
- Ecommerce Platform Experience (Shopify or similar)
- SEO/SEM Knowledge
- Content Marketing & Strategy
✔️ Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of fashion ecommerce and D2C brand dynamics
Familiarity with fashion retail trends and seasonal campaign cycles
✔️ Personal Attributes:
