ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to grow two exciting brands under one roof. Nongkitiam is a multi-outlet kopitiam brand operating across Jakarta and Tangerang. Friendchised is a digital marketplace connecting entrepreneurs with franchise and business opportunities across Indonesia.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Plan, run, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads for both brands

• Manage omni-channel digital marketing efforts: Paid, organic social, content distribution, email, and marketplace channels

• Own the full food delivery platform presence across GrabFood, GoFood, and ShopeeFood, including listings, menu structure, promotional programs, and ratings management

• Drive platform visibility and order volume through booster programs, bundling strategies, and outlet-level promotions

• Monitor and improve outlet ratings and customer reviews across all food delivery platforms

• Develop and execute digital campaigns aligned with business goals

• Analyze performance data across all channels and turn insights into action

• Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently and report on KPIs weekly and monthly

• Coordinate with the Brand Specialist and Marketing Manager to ensure campaign creatives and messaging are consistent

• Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and new digital marketing tools and opportunities

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing

• Proven experience running Meta Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns with measurable results

• Experience managing GrabFood, GoFood, or other food delivery merchant accounts is a strong advantage

• Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and how to optimize against them

• Experience with omni-channel marketing

• Data-driven mindset, comfortable with ad managers, dashboards, and analytics tools

• Able to manage multiple campaigns across multiple brands without losing focus

• Good communicator who can work cross-functionally with brand, ops, and management

• Based in Jakarta and available to work on-site
