Job description for Digital Marketing at PT Sentosa Prima Solutions
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Strategize placements, audience targeting, and budget allocation to maximize ROAS, ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve performance and efficiency.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign results, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad content resonates and converts.
- Align online advertising initiatives with offline marketing activities for integrated campaigns.
- Stay ahead of evolving algorithms, platform updates, and digital advertising trends.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in digital advertising
- Have worked in an agency company for at least 2 years (Must
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, SEM, and programmatic advertising.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs related to sales growth and online campaign performance.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Sharp analytical skills and logic, especially in marketing, branding, and business.
- Passionate about brand design and digital marketing.
