Responsibilities:
- Lead Interactive Learning: Deliver engaging live classes, workshops, and mentoring sessions covering Digital Marketing fundamentals and advanced strategies through real world case studies and hands-on practice
- Guide Practical Projects: Mentor students in developing portfolio-worthy marketing campaigns, providing constructive feedback on campaign planning, content creation, analytics, and optimization
- Teach AI-Powered Marketing: Introduce and guide students in utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other emerging technologies to improve content creation, advertising, automation, and productivity
- Build Industry Ready Talent: Support students throughout their learning journey by providing technical guidance, career insights, and industry best practices to prepare them for professional roles
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously update learning materials with the latest Digital Marketing trends, platform updates, AI innovations, and best practices to ensure relevant and impactful learning experiences
- Evaluate Student Performance: Assess assignments, projects, and presentations while providing personalized feedback to help students continuously improve their marketing skills
Requirements:
- Digital Marketing Expertise
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, such as SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Marketing Funnel, Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning, AI & Marketing Technology
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to support marketing activities, such as ChatGPT Gemini, AI Content Creation Tools
- Able to analyze campaign performance, interpret marketing metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Able to explain marketing concepts clearly, simplify complex topics, and confidently present both online and offline
- Possesses strong analytical thinking, creativity, adaptability, and a willingness to continuously learn new marketing technologies and trends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Digital Business, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or related roles
- Experience as a trainer, mentor, lecturer, facilitator, or instructor is highly preferred
