Job description for Digital Marketing Supervisor at Nusantara Sakti Group
Requirements
Male / Female aged 21–30 years old.
Willing to work from office (Monday to Saturday, West Jakarta area).
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Basic knowledge and skill in Meta Ads (campaign setup, monitoring, reporting).
Minimum 1 - 3 year of experience as a Graphic Designer.
Strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality visuals.
Confident in front of the camera (comfortable recording content or appearing in videos).
Advanced in using graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustration & Adobe Premiere.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets.
Stay updated with design trends to bring fresh ideas into our creative assets.
Responsible for the creative concept and design development of company campaign
Support digital marketing initiatives by preparing visual assets for Meta Ads campaigns.
Create and edit engaging content (photo, video, reels, stories, etc.) for social media campaigns.
Create engaging and impactful designs for digital and offline marketing materials (social media, website, banners, posters, etc.).
Support the digital marketing team by monitoring and assisting with Meta Ads campaigns (basic setup, reporting, and performance tracking).
