Malang Strudel is looking for a creative digital marketer to build the brand for our unique farm concept outlet.
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
Brand Building
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategy
- Create compelling content that showcases the unique farm experience
- Build brand identity and voice across digital platforms
Content Creation & Management
- Produce engaging photo and video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories)
- Manage social media channels with consistent, high-quality posting
- Capture the essence of the experience through visual storytelling
Community Engagement
- Build and nurture online community
- Plan and promote on-ground events and activations
- Collaborate with local influencers, communities, and partners
- Drive foot traffic through digital engagement
Performance Optimization
- Track and analyze social media metrics and visitor conversion
- Optimize content strategy based on data insights
- Report on campaign performance and ROI
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
- Strong skills in photography and video editing
- Creative and trend-savvy
- Excellent visual storytelling skills
- Deep understandng of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook algorithms
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brand marketing
- Based in Malang or willing to relocate
