Love working with paid ads, data, and marketing strategy? Join us as a Digital Marketing Staff! You’ll manage and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, track marketing data, and help improve our marketing funnel to drive better leads and conversions.
Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Set up and monitor pixel, conversion tracking, and other marketing tracking tools.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Analyze the marketing funnel and identify opportunities to improve conversion at each stage.
- Conduct audience, competitor, and market research to support campaign strategy.
- Conduct A/B testing on audiences, ad copies, creatives, and campaign strategies.
- Work with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop and optimize ad creatives based on campaign performance.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, paid advertising, or a related role.
- Junior-level candidates are welcome to apply, as long as you have hands-on experience across the key areas required for this role.
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Understand pixel and conversion tracking and how it is used to measure campaign performance.
- Understand marketing funnel concepts, from traffic and leads to conversion.
- Comfortable working with campaign data and using insights to make optimization decisions.
- Have experience with audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with numbers.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams.
- Based in Yogyakarta and willing to work primarily from office (WFO) is highly preferred.
