We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Staff 🚀
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Digital Marketing Staff to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a digital storyteller who can master end-to-end content production, engage with our community, and translate digital metrics into actionable growth strategies.
Key Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Creative Design (DKV), or a related field.
* Experience:*Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Creative Content production (Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
* Technical Skills:
* End-to-End Content Production: Proficient in creating content from concept to execution, including scriptwriting, basic videography/photography, and editing (using tools like Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or Canva).
* SEO & Copywriting: Skilled in writing engaging, SEO-friendly articles to boost digital branding and search engine visibility.
* Social Media Management: Deep understanding of current algorithms and trends across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
* Data Literacy: Ability to monitor and analyze digital metrics (via Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) to evaluate campaign performance.
Soft Skills:
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for managing collaborations with KOLs, communities, and brand partners.
* Customer Engagement: A polite and solution-oriented approach to handling audience interactions (DMs and comments).
* Analytical Thinking: Detail-oriented in compiling accurate daily and monthly performance reports for management review.
Core Responsibilities
1. Creative Content Production: Execute end-to-end creative content (concept, copywriting, and editing) for all social media channels and digital ad materials.
2. Content Distribution: Manage and optimize content distribution to support the company’s business targets.
3. Community Management: Engage with the audience by responding to comments and DMs in a professional, helpful, and solution-oriented manner.
4. Marketing Collaboration: Execute and manage marketing collaboration programs with KOLs, communities, and other brands.
5. SEO Strategy: Produce daily SEO-friendly articles to strengthen the company’s digital branding.
6. Performance Reporting: Report content performance results based on digital metrics to evaluate campaigns and propose improvements.
7. Documentation & Publication: Produce content and documentation for internal events and other corporate publication needs.
8. Management Reporting: Prepare accurate daily and monthly performance reports as a basis for management evaluation.
