Job description for Digital Marketing Staff at BMW Tunas
The Digital Marketing Staff will support the Digital Marketing Lead and Social Media Specialist in the execution of BMW Tunas’ digital marketing activities. The role will focus on digital campaign execution, social media support, reporting, coordination, and basic creative production to ensure all digital marketing activities run efficiently, accurately, and on time.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Digital Ads Support
- Support the execution of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns based on campaign direction from the Digital Marketing Lead.
- Prepare campaign materials, audiences, links, tracking requirements, and other campaign elements.
- Conduct basic campaign checking before launch.
- Monitor daily/weekly campaign performance and prepare performance data for review.
- Support campaign optimization and A/B testing based on direction from the Digital Marketing Lead.
- Support digital lead monitoring, data checking, and lead distribution.
2. Social Media Support
- Support monthly content planning and publishing schedules.
- Upload and schedule content across social media platforms.
- Prepare and adapt content assets for Feed, Story, Reels, Carousel, and other digital formats.
- Conduct basic content QC before publishing.
- Support the execution of social media campaigns and event-related content.
3. Basic Creative Design
- Create simple social media and digital marketing materials using Canva and/or Adobe tools.
- Produce simple assets such as Story, Feed, event announcements, banners, promotional materials, invitations, and content adaptations.
- Resize and adapt existing creative materials into different digital formats.
4. Reporting Data Support
- Collect and prepare Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media performance data.
- Maintain weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.
- Support dashboard and data updates.
- Track key digital marketing metrics including reach, impressions, engagement, leads, CPL, CTR, conversion, and media spend.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency for management reporting.
5. Digital Lead & CRM Support
- Monitor incoming leads from digital campaigns.
- Assist with lead data cleaning, checking, and distribution.
- Support CRM and retargeting campaign execution based on campaign requirements.
6. Digital Asset & Coordination
- Maintain digital asset folders, campaign documentation, and content archives.
- Support coordination with branch PICs, vendors, agencies, and internal teams.
- Maintain campaign/task updates through project management tools such as Trello or similar platforms.
- Follow up operational requirements related to ongoing digital campaigns.
