Now, we are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can drive impactful digital strategies and elevate our brand presence. You will lead marketing initiatives, optimize digital channels, and turn insights into creative campaigns that connect with our audience and support business growth.
What You Will Do:
- Lead and coordinate with creative and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent campaign execution on all platform (Shopee, Tokopedia, Instagram, TikTok etc.).
- Identify and manage food bloggers, micro-influencers, and corporate gifting influencers (KOL)
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels (paid ads, social media, and marketplaces).
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance including ROI, ROAS, conversion rate, and traffic growth.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, viral trends, and emerging content formats to keep our brand competitive.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of a D3 or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Candidate with minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Consumer Goods, E-commerce, and Food Industry.
- A deep passion in cheese and yogurt products is a must.
- Familiar with online marketplaces ecosystems (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Shopify).
- Experience on handling KOL / influencer marketing campaigns.
- Able to translate brand objectives/communications into effective content and campaign strategies.
- Familiar with design softwares and AI Tools such as Canva, CapCut, Gemini, and ChatGPT.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level) and campaign performance analysis.
- Creative, proactive, Strong communication. and time management skills, also detail-oriented.
