**Job Description: SEO & Google Ads Specialist**

**Position: SEO & Google Ads Specialist**
**Location:** Cipondoh, Tangerang
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Search Engine Optimization (SEO):**
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic search visibility.
- Implement on-page SEO strategies to optimize website content and structure.
- Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building and outreach.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
2. **Google Ads Management:**
- Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
- Conduct keyword analysis and adjust bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Create compelling ad copy and design effective landing pages for campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make continuous improvements to enhance results.
3. **Analytics and Reporting:**
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Generate regular reports on SEO and Google Ads performance, highlighting insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights for overall digital marketing strategy.
4. **Stay Updated on Industry Trends:**
- Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and Google Ads.
- Recommend and implement new strategies to improve campaign performance and stay ahead of the competition.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO & Google Ads Specialist, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and Google Ads platform.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Google Ads and SEO certifications are a plus.
