Job Description :
- Develop and execute digital advertising strategies across international platforms to drive user acquisition for the short drama app.
- Analyze ad performance, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI across multiple channels.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and user behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with the design and creative teams to develop engaging and effective marketing materials.
- Assist in the execution of brand campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities across online and offline channels.
- Handle marketing administration tasks including documentation, campaign tracking, and database management.
- Prepare regular marketing reports on campaign performance, market insights, and competitor updates.
- Support events, collaborations, and activation programs to strengthen brand visibility.
- Ensure all marketing materials and activities follow brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and external partners to support smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Job Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience running ads on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or TikTok Ads.
- Strong ability to analyze campaign data and adjust strategies based on performance results.
- Excellent communication skills, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Creative thinker with a strong results-oriented mindset (a plus).
