Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to generate student enquiries and enrolments.
- Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for better results.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and campaign objectives.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Work closely with the Creative Team to produce engaging ad creatives.
- Collaborate with the Admissions Team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and Meta platform updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
- Familiar with Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in the education industry is a plus.
