Digital Marketing Specialist

Task & Responsibilities

• Managing social media that is appropriate and consistent with the brand identity
• Communicate with followers and/or customer on social media via tools including comments, direct message and Whatsapp message
• Create engaging content such as poster, photos and video
• Driving content and strategy that generate leads
• Able to use design tools (photo and video) such as Capcut, or Adobe Photoshop
• Creating monthly social media reports including trends, ads result and plan
• Able to use analytics tools such as Facebook Ads Manager
• Collaborating with marketing coordinators in several EF Center to create online activities

• Updated with related trends in the social media

• Experienced managing social media campaigns
• Demonstrated ability to use social media ads
• Proficient with MS Office tools

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• At least 2 years of working experience in managing social media campaigns and creating content to drive leads and sales
• Live around South Jakarta / Depok
