Job description for Digital Marketing Specialist at DWN Corp

TANGGUNG JAWAB

- Mengelola dan mengoptimalkan online sales channel seperti GoFood, GrabFood, ShopeeFood, e-commerce, marketplace, dan channel digital lainnya.

- Menyusun dan menjalankan campaign, promo, dan program marketing untuk meningkatkan sales dan customer acquisition.

- Mengelola channel online & offline serta melakukan evaluasi performanya.

- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Social Media untuk kebutuhan content, design, dan komunikasi campaign.

- Memantau sales, traffic, transaction, conversion, dan performance setiap channel.

- Membuat laporan dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan revenue dan efektivitas campaign.

KUALIFIKASI

- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communication, atau bidang terkait.

- Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di Digital Marketing/Marketing, diutamakan F&B/Retail.

- Memahami pengelolaan GoFood, GrabFood, ShopeeFood, e-commerce/marketplace, dan online ordering channel.

- Memahami campaign, promotion, digital marketing, dan basic performance marketing.

- Terbiasa bekerja dengan data dan target sales.

- Memiliki kemampuan analisis, komunikasi, koordinasi, dan problem solving yang baik.

- Nilai tambah mahir desain

- Kreatif, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja dengan target serta deadline.
