We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You thrive on numbers, love experimenting with creatives, and stay ahead of the curve by actively leveraging AI tools to drive results.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms to meet business growth targets.
- Actively use AI-powered tools (such as ChatGPT/Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, etc.) to streamline creative production, ad copywriting, audience research, and performance reporting.
- Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs — including ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates — and make data-backed optimizations to maximize budget efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and audiences to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the creative and content team to ensure ad assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal spending distribution across platforms and campaigns.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights, recommendations, and action plans for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, digital marketing trends, and AI tool developments to proactively implement best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads on at least two major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, or YouTube).
- Proven track record of managing significant ad budgets with measurable performance outcomes (ROAS improvement, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and performance dashboards such as Looker Studio or similar tools.
- Familiar with and actively using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, AdCreative.ai) to improve productivity and campaign outcomes.
- Solid understanding of the marketing funnel, audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and pixel/conversion tracking setup.
- Good communication and collaboration skills — able to work cross-functionally with creative, sales, and product teams.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms are a strong plus.
- Nice to have an experience running campaigns in the Indonesian market, through e-commerce, marketplace brand campaigns.
- Basic understanding of SEO, organic content, or influencer marketing to complement paid strategies.
