Job description for Digital Marketing Specialist at ICHIGO
- Plan and execute a PPC strategy to increase conversions/CVR and meet the company's target CPA.
- Create and optimize all sorts of advertisement campaigns based on CPA & ROI on both Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
- Optimize user funnels and A/B test UX to increase CVR across the site.
- Running data-driven campaign marketing across acquisitions, retention, and optimization.
- Collects customer data and analysis interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing or related field
- 3+ years work experiences in the related field
- Fluent in English (oral and written), fluent in Japanese is a plus.
- Proven working experience managing PPC Accounts and Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of paid user acquisition.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEA and/or DSP campaigns.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and Facebook campaigns.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels using tools such as optimizely/VWO.
- Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, i.e. Google Analytics, SEMRush.
- Strong analytics skills and data-driven thinking.
- Must have experience with Excel or Google Sheet.
- Experience leading and managing SEO strategies.
- Experience with email marketing tools, i.e. Klaviyo, Mailchimp.
- Experience with Supermetrics.
- Experience with Customer Data Platform.
