Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the fashion, retail, lifestyle, or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for fashion trends and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Descriptions :

  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Create and implement content marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and advertising platform dashboards.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities within the fashion sector.
  • Collaborate with the creative, design, e-commerce, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Improve website traffic, customer acquisition, and conversion rates through data-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Manage influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, and brand collaborations.
  • Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Working with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
