Job description for Digital Marketing Specialist (B2B & B2C) at Sovlo

Kami mencari Digital Marketing Specialist yang memiliki keahlian dalam menjalankan iklan berbayar, mengembangkan landing page, serta mampu mengelola campaign organik di marketplace dan affiliate marketing B2B dan B2C untuk produk souvenir lokal.

Posisi ini sangat strategis dalam meningkatkan akuisisi traffic, konversi, dan efisiensi budget lintas platform, mulai dari media sosial, website, hingga marketplace.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Digital Ads Management

Menjalankan dan mengoptimasi kampanye di Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Shopee Ads, dan CPAS.
Melakukan setup campaign, audience targeting, tracking pixel, dan optimasi anggaran.
A/B testing pada materi iklan, landing page, dan strategi bidding untuk meningkatkan performa.

Analisis Performa & Reporting

Menganalisis performa iklan menggunakan Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, dan platform marketplace.
Menyusun laporan mingguan/bulanan (CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPA) serta rekomendasi strategi berbasis data.

Pembuatan dan Optimasi Landing Page

Mendesain dan mengembangkan landing page menggunakan tools seperti Elementor, WordPress, atau HTML/CSS.
Melakukan optimasi UX/UI, kecepatan, mobile responsiveness, dan struktur funnel landing page.
Melakukan A/B testing dan integrasi tracking untuk meningkatkan conversion rate.

SEO & Website Optimization

Melakukan riset keyword, optimasi on-page.
Menggunakan tools seperti Search Console, Google PageSpeed untuk analisis & perbaikan teknis.

Optimasi Konten

Memberikan ide dan inputan terkait dengan content yang akan diposting

Kualifikasi:

Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun mengelola Landing Page, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopee Ads, dan CPAS dengan berfokus pada performance, lead berkualitas, dan konversi.
Memiliki portofolio kampanye iklan dan landing page dengan hasil yang terukur (CPL/ROAS dapat dijelaskan).
Mampu mengoperasikan tools analisis data seperti dashboard marketplace, Google Ads, dan platform automasi marketing.
Detail-oriented, proaktif, results-driven.
Memiliki passion dalam mengembangkan bisnis melalui digital marketing dan performance marketing.
