Salary: IDR 4,000,000/month + performance-based bonuses

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a proactive and driven Digital Marketing Sales Executive to manage client relationships, drive sales, and support our team in day-to-day revenue-focused tasks. This is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives on hustle, loves connecting with people, and has a passion for digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to existing and potential clients (primarily abroad) via email, phone, and digital channels to follow up, upsell services, and generate new leads.
• Maintain accurate client records by adding notes and updates to our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Director to manage sales pipelines and assist with daily tasks related to revenue growth.
• Proactively chase contacts from our provided client list to upsell our digital marketing services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base, reducing the Director’s lead-generation workload.
• Communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken) to build strong relationships with international clients.
• Performance Analysis - Regularly analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and provide insightful recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Reporting - Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports to clients, demonstrating the impact of our digital marketing efforts and providing actionable insights.
• Stay Updated - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing to continuously improve strategies and deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in digital marketing (knowledge of strategies, tools, and trends).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) – confident in contacting clients abroad.
• Sales-driven mindset with a knack for upselling and lead generation.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and updating client information.
• A self-starter who can hustle, take initiative, and work independently.
• Passion for supporting business growth and assisting with day-to-day sales operations.

Bonus Points:

• Previous experience in a client-facing or sales role within a digital marketing agency.
• Comfortable working with a global client base
