- Project Planning & Management
- Craft comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and proactively implement corrective measures.
- Manage client expectations and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Team Development & Management:
- Build and motivate high-performing teams of designers, copywriters, analysts, and other specialists.
- Delegate tasks effectively, provide guidance and support, and foster a collaborative culture.
- Conduct team and project performance reviews and identify opportunities for team development.
- Coordination & Communication:
- Serve as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication between clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation.

- Project Management Fundamentals:
- Proven experience in managing complex projects from initial assessment to completion.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker:
- Ability to analyze campaign data and draw actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Experience with data visualization tools and reporting techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- 1+ years of experience in project management, with at least 1 year specifically in digital marketing project management.
- Proven experience in leading and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (paid advertising, marketplace campaigns, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
