Job Descriptions:
1. Strategic Planning
- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Social Media Ads, Email Marketing, etc).
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
2. Performance Marketing
- Plan and manage paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc) with focus on ROAS and CPL/CPA targets.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rate).
3. Content & Social Media
- Coordinate with content and creative teams to develop engaging content across platforms (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc).
- Monitor brand presence and engagement, manage community, and run social listening.
4. Marketing Automation & CRM
- Utilize tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign for email nurturing and lead funnel automation.
- Build segmented campaigns and track behavior for conversion optimization.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools such as Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio to deliver weekly/monthly reports.
- Present insights and recommendations to management for strategic decisions
Job Requirements
1. Education & Experience
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or relevant field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
2. Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics 4.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and A/B testing.
- Familiar with data analytics tools like Looker Studio or Tableau is a plus.
3. Soft Skills
