International Healthcare Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for online promotion, advertising placement, social media operations, and lead generation for the company's international medical referral services, with a focus on promoting Chinese medical services and international healthcare solutions in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
Job duties
Develop and execute online marketing and branding plans for the company's international healthcare business.
Responsible for advertising, account management and effect optimization on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads and other platforms.
Plan international medical-related publicity content, including hospital introductions, medical service programs, international medical treatment procedures, and patient service cases popularized in health departments.
He is responsible for the daily operation of the company's social media accounts, including content publishing, user interaction and brand image maintenance.
Worked with the design, video production and medical team to complete the production of advertising materials, short videos, promotional posters and floor pages.
Get effective customer leads through online advertising, social media and search engines, and establish lead distribution and follow-up mechanisms with the business team.
Monitor advertising budgets, customer acquisition costs, consulting conversion rates and other marketing metrics, and submit regular data analysis reports.
Requirements
Experience: 2-4 years with experience in digital marketing, advertising delivery, branding or social media operations.
At least proficiency in one or two platforms of MetaAds, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.
Preference is given to those with marketing experience in the healthcare, medical beauty, insurance, cross-border services, travel services or other high-cost services industry.
With advertising digital analysis ability, understand CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS and other indicators.
People who are familiar with the Indonesian social media ecosystem and local consumer behavior are preferred if they have practical experience in the Indonesian market.
Has basic copywriting skills and can work with design and video teams.
Fluent in Indonesian and able to communicate at work in English; Chinese ability is a plus.
Preference Candidate Background: Digital marketers who have been responsible for hospitals, clinics, healthcare platforms, medical tourism organizations, insurance companies, or international service businesses.
