Job description for Digital Marketing Manager at KOI Group

Job Description

* Lead and manage the company’s overall digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.

* Own and optimize performance marketing initiatives across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid channels to maximize ROAS, conversion rates, and marketing efficiency.

* Monitor and analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and marketing data to generate actionable insights and support business decision-making.

* Oversee the execution of broader marketing activities, including content, creative campaigns, CRM, customer engagement, and digital growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and customer acquisition strategies.

* Manage marketing budgets, performance KPIs, agency/vendor relationships, and ensure marketing resources are allocated effectively.

Qualifications

* Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with strong exposure to both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

* Strong expertise in Performance Marketing and Paid Advertising, particularly Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and conversion-focused digital campaigns.

* Proven track record of managing customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue-driven marketing initiatives.

* Good understanding of broader marketing functions, including content marketing, CRM, customer retention, brand campaigns, and digital growth strategies.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data, optimize performance, and identify business opportunities.

* Experience in conversion-driven industries such as F&B, Retail, FMCG, Catering, Beauty, Hospitality, Healthcare, or similar sectors is preferred.

* Strong project management, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

* Results-oriented, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with clear business targets and KPIs.
