Job description for Digital Marketing Manager at Do Less

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that highlight our innovative platform, engage our target audience, and drive growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, design, and sales teams to ensure our message is consistent and compelling across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals.

Identify target audiences and craft data-backed marketing plans that drive engagement and conversion.

Campaign Management:

Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, content, email, etc.).

Oversee the production of high-quality marketing materials and content that resonate with professionals on LinkedIn.

Brand Positioning:

Enhance Do Less’s brand identity by communicating our unique value proposition clearly and consistently.

Manage and refine brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data insights to refine strategies and tactics.

Utilize key metrics to drive decision-making and maximize ROI.

Market Research & Innovation:

Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.

Leverage AI-driven insights to continuously improve content strategies and marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data interpretation.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Interests and passionate in social media marketing, particularly LinkedIn, and digital content strategies.

A passion for technology and innovation, with the ability to quickly grasp and communicate complex concepts.
