Job description for Digital Marketing Manager at Raena
- Create, execute, and analyze overall digital marketing strategies, including A/B test bidding strategy, in FB/Google/Tiktok ads , Shopee Ads, and Programmatic/3rd Party Networks
- Track and measure all digital marketing metrics including, conversion volumes, ROAS and cost metrics, fraud rate.
- Manage end to end process for partners’ management and implementation.
- Analyze a large set of data to identify market trends, user behavior, and insights for recommendation of marketing and business strategy.
- Optimize campaign budget effectively by planning for seasonality factor through accurate forecasting, rigorous testing, and agile optimization.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (any major is welcome).
- At least 4 years of working experience in an digital startup / agency
- Excellent communication (both english/bahasa)
- Having experience in handling digital marketing strategy and execution for application based e-commerce companies in Indonesia is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, FB Pixel, UTM Tracking, Google Analytics, and Tiktok Ads
- Data-driven approach to campaign optimization & comfortable large amounts of data.
- Strategic Campaign Planning & Budget Management Experience (know how to plan out a digital performance campaign) + Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends
- Experience in testing new channels and trends (Tik Tok, Shopee Ads)
