Job description for Digital Marketing Manager at PT. Accenture
- Leverage knowledge of marketing strategy, brand, and campaign operations to develop and implement plans and approaches. Enable client teams to operate in a “new way of working”
- Provide oversight for build, test, and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with Analytics & Insight team to analyze the performance of digital channels and specific marketing programs and identify and execute optimizations to maximize effectiveness
- Support the growth of marketing services by identifying and scoping additional opportunities to deliver client value
- Ensure overall success of marketing technology implementations, focusing on the client relationship, financials, project delivery, resourcing, and overall program health
- Plan and estimate delivery work, focusing on project milestones, KPIs, resource planning (both on-shore and off-shore), scope, and budget
- Create business development opportunities and lead business development proposals
- Keep in front of industry and paid media trends and developments by conducting research, engaging in training and attending industry events
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing role(s) preferably in consultancy or agency with regional exposure
- Strong background in marketing strategy
- Stakeholder management at C-level
- Experience in marketing automation platforms, marketing clouds, CRM, ad platforms, data modelling
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, e-mail marketing, display advertising, PPC etc.)
- Experience in content strategy and execution
- Knowledge of web analytics and digital marketing metrics
- Understanding of the UX/UI aspects in marketing funnel
- Excellent communication skills
- Management consulting skills is a plus
- Working experience within a digital business or digital agency is also a plus
