Job description for Digital Marketing Manager at Pt Aromatik International Indonesia
- Build and run marketing dashboards and reports to provide visibility and insights, and communicate business results back to the broader teams
- Convert data into insights including implications and recommendations that are specific and actionable for the Marketing team and across the business
- Work with stakeholders to identify key metrics used to evaluate marketing performance
- Identify improvement opportunities in digital marketing (Google/Facebook Ads/Display Network) growth and efficiency
- Measure and optimize performance on a daily basis by using online marketing dashboards: Google Analytics, Google data studio, Google Ads Dashboard & Facebook Ads Dashboard and other dashboards needed
- Bachelor’s Degree of Business, Marketing Research, Mathematic, Marketing and any related field
- Experience 5 years as Performance Marketing Analyst in Retail, FMCG, E-commerce or any related field
- An experienced analyst who loves digging into data, structuring problems, and building models and analyses that you can translate into actionable business recommendations
- Experience with web analytics (ie: Google Analytics etc)
- Experience with social analytics (ie: Facebook, Twitter, Spredfast, etc)
- Experience with A/B Testing, usability studies, surveys, etc
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Experience with Google BigQuery and SQL considered assets a bonus
