📌 WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Manage our Instagram, TikTok, and digital channels end-to-end
• Create content that's scroll-stopping — photos, Reels, Stories.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support B2B lead generation through content
• Develop and execute monthly content calendar aligned with our brand
• Engage with our community: reply to DMs, comments, and build real connections
• Track performance metrics and turn data into better content decisions
• Spot trends before they peak — and act on them fast
✅ WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Up-to-date, creative, and deeply fluent in Instagram and TikTok culture
• Eye for aesthetics — you understand what a premium brand looks and feels like
• Strong writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Experience with basic photo/video editing (CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or similar)
• Self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to post
