Job Summary:
As the Digital Marketing Manager for the APAC region, you will spearhead our digital marketing strategies, managing dynamic campaigns across platforms such as Xiao Hong Shu, Google, Meta, and TikTok, and pioneering new engagement methods like live streaming. Your role will be crucial in enhancing our digital presence across Asia-Pacific, driving regional growth, and furthering our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the marketing team across the APAC region, ensuring effective task delegation and team synergy.
- Strategically plan, implement, and monitor PPC campaigns tailored for diverse platforms including Xiao Hong Shu, Youtube, Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok specific to the APAC market dynamics.
- Monitors, complies, evaluates and reports regularly on performance of digital and social media lead generation marketing post-mortem to achieve effective marketing goals (KPIs) and ROI that meet new customer outreach needs and contribute to target customer base
- Explore and capitalize on emerging marketing channels, with a strong focus on live streaming, to engage with a broader audience.
- Plans, creates and develops engaging social media and digital content, schedules/ calendars and pipeline, working closely with the content production team or assigned designer
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that resonate within the APAC context, aligning closely with our core values and educational goals.
- Analyze marketing data to continually refine strategies and achieve better ROI.
- Collaborate with content teams to create impactful, regionally tailored content that enhances our digital footprint and audience connection.
- Manages assigned budgets prudently and strategically
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven expertise in managing PPC campaigns across platforms like Xiao Hong Shu, Google, Meta, and TikTok.
- Strong skills in data analysis and campaign performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages prevalent in the APAC region are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends.
- Strong project management skills – able to manage multiple projects, and execute them well
