Job Desc :
- Support marketing strategies and execution to achieve business objectives
- Understand target consumers, competitors, and the market landscape to define business opportunities
- Support other related business marketing campaigns and ad-hoc projects
- Manage projects and work closely with stakeholders across Social Media, Owned Media Channels, Creative, Digital Media, and Operations
- Ensure campaigns and projects deliver impact within given timelines
- Manage project deadlines and work effectively both independently and within a team
- Monitor campaign performance metrics
- Execute campaign optimization based on key learnings and data insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, industrial engineering, or a related field
- 1 year of proven hands-on experience in Public Relations, CRM, Customer Engagement, or Campaign Operations & Optimization
- Experience with Copywriting and Storytelling, with the ability to craft compelling content for high-impact channels
- Data-Driven Mindset with the ability to analyze key metrics and formulate recommendations for optimization
- Experience working for a large digital platform or a high-growth app with high communication volume
- Familiarity with performance-driven campaigns tied to GMV, transacting users, or engagement metrics
