KOL & Content Specialist Internship (Digital Marketing)

Job Description

Mengikuti dan menganalisis tren konten serta kreator viral, terutama di kategori Mom & Baby.
Membantu mencari, menyeleksi, dan mengelola KOL/creator yang sesuai dengan karakter brand.
Mendukung proses eksekusi kerja sama KOL, mulai dari koordinasi pengiriman produk hingga penyusunan brief dan drafting konten.
Membantu pengelolaan dan pengembangan konten TikTok, termasuk ide konten dan evaluasi performa.
Melakukan riset ide konten, tren pasar, dan aktivitas kompetitor untuk menghasilkan konten yang relevan dan menarik.
Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal untuk memastikan konten selaras dengan strategi brand

Qualification

Mahasiswa aktif / fresh graduate jurusan Komunikasi, Marketing, atau sejenisnya.
Aktif di media sosial (terutama TikTok & Instagram) dan update tren.
Tertarik dengan dunia KOL/Influencer Marketing & content creation.
Terbiasa melakukan riset creator, tren, dan kompetitor.
Mampu menyusun brief & drafting konten sederhana.
Komunikatif, rapi, dan bisa kerja tim.
Pengalaman handle konten atau KOL jadi nilai plus 🚀
